Your personal data is carefully protected in accordance with applicable regulations. Data obtained when subscribing to newsletters, submitting an order, even an unconfirmed or incomplete one (only the 1st step of the order has been completed, which means registration in the online store), sweepstakes and surveys, will be used based on the legal basis, legitimate interest or with your consent for for the purposes of sending ordered items, offers, invoices, complaints and other necessary communications. We share your delivery information with Pošta Slovenije, which will deliver the package to you.
Your data entered during purchase or we only process purchase history for the needs and analysis of the online store clariteca.com and do not pass it on to third parties.
Clariteca.com does not have, does not collect or store so-called sensitive personal data about you.
Payment by credit card
If you pay for your order by credit card, clariteca.com does not store or have access to your credit card number. Card and payer data (name, surname, address) are transferred via a secure connection to our credit card payment provider, Stripe. This is necessary for the processing and execution of the payment. They are also bound by the provisions of the GDPR.
Product purchase
If you purchase certain products as a registered or unregistered user of our website, Clariteca d.o.o.. collects the following information from you:
- name and surname,
- address,
- company name (optional),
- email address and phone number,
- order note (optional).
All data that is collected when purchasing products is collected for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and exercising rights from the contractual relationship, including the resolution of potential complaints and for the delivery of the purchased product. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our contractual relationship with you. Since the processing of this data is necessary for the execution of the purchase, the processing of this data can already be carried out on the basis of the fact that you are entering into a contractual relationship with us. If you do not wish to provide us with this information, we cannot guarantee that you will purchase our products.
Based on the Electronic Communications Act, we can send you notifications about our products and content to your email addresses, if you do not indicate that you do not wish to receive such notifications when purchasing the product. In doing so, we do not use any (automatic) profiling, but simply send you basic personalized messages that we estimate may be of interest to you based on your past interactions with us. We process this data for a period of 5 years or until cancellation. You can object to the processing of your contact data for the purpose of such direct advertising at any time, by sending an unsubscribe from receiving e-news via e-mail to the e-mail address: info@clariteca.com or by sending it in writing to Clariteca d.o.o., Kuštrinova ulica 4, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Registration for e-mail news and other e-mail communication
On our website, you can subscribe to receive current notifications and information about our promotions, offers and news that are directly related to our activity. We send electronic newsletters periodically and as needed.
This data is processed on the basis of your express consent, namely the consent is given for a specific period of 5 years. After the 5-year period, we will stop sending advertising messages, except in case of renewal of consent. Deletion of personal data
If you want clariteca.com to delete all your personal data (if we have any at all), please send us an e-mail at info@clariteca.com. Your purchase history (all your past orders and all data related to them) and your e-mail in our e-mail system will be deleted. We do not store other data about you (credit cards, Paypal accounts, etc.) or we cannot identify you from them (browsing the website, etc.).
